Autumn Splendor was created by Zoya Gutina, an internationally known jewelry artist and veteran exhibitor in many design competitions. The centerpieces of this necklace areTazwood cherry burl cabochons with subtle inlays of turquoise. Zoya first beaded around the cabochons, and then with a netting technique, artfully blended two sizes of wooden round beads, six colors of seed beads in three different sizes, as well as bugle beads and dyed cultured pearls. A brass toggle clasp is the perfect closure to this exquisite beadwork masterpiece. Zoya reports that Autumn Splendor isn't a heavy piece, and will certainly supply an intense feeling of comfort for the wearer.
